Hotel Joyce - Astotel

This was our first visit to Paris, and Hotel Joyce was a perfect stay for our! Its location was great as its relatively close to multiple metro stops. The area is safe, quiet around the hotel, but you have easy access to restaurants and more lively areas. We walked to and from the hotel at night and felt reasonably safe. The room was a great size, very spacious for a European hotel room. It was comfortable, cozy. The hotel overall is quite charming. I personally really liked the spiral staircase that goes to all the room floors. The complimentary snacks and drinks were an amazing perk. We would often come back early in the afternoon and grab a drink and a snack as the perfect mid-day break from our exploration of Paris. I also cannot stress how helpful and friendly the staff is! They were welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. I have to mention that my mother actually left her cell phone in our taxi after we checkout and got dropped off at the airport. The Hotel Joyce staff were able to help us get in contact with the taxi driver to get her phone back. It saved our trip from disaster! Their assistance was so above and beyond! I would definitely plan to stay here again when I return to Paris!

The staff is very friendly and helpful. You feel at home right away. They also have luggage storage free of charge and they happily agreed to keep our stuff for us for a good 10 days while we traveled outside Paris. So generous! The free drinks and snacks from 2pm onwards also helped us relax and reboot before heading out once again. I’m also particular about the size of the room and this one worked well for me. Last but not least, I left my phone charger in the room and was afraid I lost it. It has a sentimental value. They got back to me even if I had already checked out, and the manager assured me that she will keep it safe until I am able to send a friend to get it for me. So grateful for the people in this hotel.

I enjoy their breakfast which you have to pay but the breakfast place is available from 2pm to 1am for you to enjoy their free snacks and drinks. The drinks in mini bar in the room are all free. I love their croissants and French loaves. The place is very cosy. It is also near to Sacre Coeur and the pretty streets in Montmartre.

This hotel is totally perfect and ideal ! BEST HOTEL EVER I've been to paris several times and tried different hotels each time, but none of them can compare to Hotel Joyce-Astotel. • The location is 10/10, such a safe and nice neighebourhood. Close to 4 metro stations. Saint-Lazare is about 15 mins by walk and Rue de rivoli is 27 mins away ( also all accessible by metro ) Awesome cafes and restaurants around • The staff are super friendly and helpful and are all fluent english speaker • The breakfast is AMAZING and delicious. Totally worth it. Variety of options to start your day with. It was so wise to have fruits as an option •I booked a single room with balcony and a street view and I can say it was the BEST ROOM EVER. Just right amount of size even if you have many bags and stuff with you. The facilities are complete (2 hair dryers! ,kettle & tea and coffees, FREE minibar that they charge it everyday with 3-4 bottles of water and soft drinks, TV channels, many many pillows :) , wardrobe, white towels and bath facilities even conditionet) They serve free snacks + soft drinks from 2 pm to 2 am. Make sure to try the muffins If you are wandering in Paris and happer to see an Astotel hotel, you can also enjoy the snacks cause they give you the offer to be welcomed at any astotel hotel :) Overall, It is the BEST hotel in paris for solo travlers and Family trips ! I will absolutely go back there. Thanks to all the staff Tip: Book this perfect hotel! Ask for a room with balcony, the view is magnificent.

A lovely boutique hotel, the staff were very friendly, and the bar offering drinks and snacks all day was a huge bonus.
